WOOD MAGAZINE USA gave AngleMag a 5 out of 5 STAR Rating.

I bought the AngleMag from the open day at Trend Timber earlier this year and I used it when making the jewellery box for my  daughter. I found the instructions clear and to the point and the tool easy to use and very accurate. I am a cabinetmaker by trade and I found the AngleMag enabled me to cut the joints much quicker and more accurately than doing them freehand.

Thank you again

“The AngleMag is, bar none, the best jig I have used for cutting dovetail joints.  You can also use it to cut box, biscuit, miter, and half lapped mitre joints, as well as straight and angled tenons.  The AngleMag is great because it’s well designed, finely machined, easy to use, and does just what it claims to do.”

" I just got off the phone with you. It is always exciting for me to read about a new tool and AngleMAg appeals to be because it is the most sophisticated dovetailing guide on the market that I have seen and I like the flexibility it provides. It is a shame we didn't have a better connection so we could talk more easily..."

Needless to say ...Joel now stocks and sells the AngleMag from his New York Store!
Visit his website to see more about the AngleMag and how to HAND CUT DOVETAILS. He describes the AngleMag as 'THE STATE OF THE ART DOVETAIL JIG..."

"Jeff, I appreciate your direct email.
I love working with people who are excited about their products...and I can see that you are!

Please feel free to use me as a test subject or at any capacity that I may be able to help you I have been using the AngleMag for about a week now.

I finally got it...the perfect hand cut dovetail! What a feeling. I was able to finally achieve it by using the AngleMag but more importantly the diagram in the manual that shows how to mark up … the AngleMag gave me the confidence to know they were going to fit perfectly as long as I cut on the edge of the line on the waste side on each cut.

I'm dying to try the inlaid dovetail...that is such a beautiful joint"

Jeff, Today I made four of the best dovetail joints (half blind) that I have ever done, thanks to your jig. I was no slouch before AngleMag (henceforth to be known as BA) in my own (not so humble) opinion, but today I cut the four, all large, all a wonderful push fit with zero visible clearance on all faces. This was indeed an enjoyable day. I don't know how I can top it! Thanks again for this great assistant.

Jeff, Perhaps you should use "AngleMag is Anglemagic" as a catchcry!. Re half lapped, they also tend to be more stable on thick material.

"Hi Jeff,
Just to let you know, I've completed my first dovetail joint using the AngleMag!
I used some cheap pine, which was far easier to crush than cut with a chisel, but it turned out ok.

I'm going to practice about a dozen more times before trying my luck with some nice hardwood. Thanks again for you product, and your helpful instructions."

" Hi Jeff
Aplogies for bugging you Jeff, but I thought you may be interested in my second attempt with the AngleMag.

I've joined two pieces of pine side by side with some maple dovetail keys. It worked really well, I was a bit more careful with the pine this time and it didn't crush as much, cutting along the grain with the chisel certainly was cleaner.

The maple is a pleasure to work with, it's much more dense than the pine and doesn't crush or chip. It was given to me to practice on by a friend when I showed him the AngleMag, he's tempted to buy one too now!

I planed the edges to be joined so they were smooth and gave the surface a quick sand when they were joined.
I'm very pleased with the result.
